At American Classics London, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if an item isn't quite right, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original, unworn condition with all authentic tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship to Store

  Send your package back to our London boutique using a tracked postal service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
